You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. jlwild reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on your e-wallet provider and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission. Any fees charged by your e-wallet provider are your own responsibility and are not covered by jlwild.
All bets placed on jlwild are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the event, market, odds, and stake amount — before confirming. jlwild will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet due to player error. In the event of a technical fault or data error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jlwild reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account balance. Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically after results are officially confirmed. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Players must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated tools, bots, or scripts on the jlwild platform. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or interfere with the experience of other players is strictly prohibited. jlwild monitors account activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these rules without prior notice. Funds held in suspended accounts may be withheld pending investigation. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact jlwild support for review. Repeated or serious violations may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities in the Philippines.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability. jlwild will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from service interruptions, delays in processing, or errors caused by third-party payment providers. Players are advised to ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing bets or joining live games. jlwild's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
